What to write on a baptism / Christening card?
One of my friends received the baptism of his daughter and I have no idea what to write on the map. It is quite religious but my other friend and I who are all in for this are not so do not want to touch the religious aspect of all. What can I write? The verse on the card says: ON THE OUTSIDE: These are the moments you'll remember forever. These are the memories that bring special joy. ON THE INSIDE: May your days be filled with Baptism blessing from above. And may your precious life is filled with joy and peace and love. Good Day Baptism. The parents are Alicia and Tiago and daughter Katya. Furthermore, what if the card on her Baptism, not baptism? The invitation says "baptism," but I do not know when I had the card OOOPS! Thanx Trissh. I do not want to talk about God in writing. I am not comfortable with writing something to do with religion …. Thanx:)
You may want to run out and get another card, the family may be offended by the term "baptism" if they do not understand the nature of the word synonym. As for the interior you'll have to touch on the religious side with What you write. Perhaps something like: "Congratulations! Katia May be blessed in the faith as you teach it and raise it in the ways of the Lord. "
